About this colour
Bleu Marin, paint code D41
D41 Bleu Marin for the Renault Kangoo Van
Renault calls this solid blue Bleu Marin. On the paint label it appears as code D41, used from 2000 to 2006.
On labels and in workshop systems you may also find it as Bleu Marine or as OVD41. Renault used the same paint on the Kangoo (2000–2010).
Solid colours blend easily: level a chip with small dots from the needle, and trace a scratch once with the brush. Dark shades show every ridge: build the chip up until it is level, then polish once the paint has cured.
Where to find the code on a Renault: vehicle identification plate A (usually on the door pillar); item 10 “Paint reference” is your code; on some models the plate or label is in the engine bay. Step-by-step guide
Every kit is mixed to code D41 when you order. Basic is the 20 ml pen with needle and brush, Standard adds polish paste, and Complete adds polish paste, a microfibre cloth and a glove. Shipped within 24 hours, tracked and free worldwide.

If your car's paint is older or faded, the result can vary slightly with age, sun exposure and surface condition.
What kind of damage is this best for?
It is best for small chips, scratches and scuffs.
Deeper damage down to bare metal or plastic may need extra preparation, such as primer or filler, for the cleanest result.
How do I use it, and do I need clear coat?
For most small repairs, apply the paint in thin coats and let each coat dry properly.
Clear coat is usually not needed for small chips and scratches when the paint is applied carefully.
For the best result, do not wash the repaired area for 24–48 hours.
