How do I find my car’s paint code?
It is on a small label or plate on the car: usually in the driver’s door frame, under the bonnet or in the boot. Our finder shows the exact spot for over 300 makes, and you can send us a photo of the label if you are not sure.
What is in the pen and how do I use it?
A 20 ml pen with a needle tip for stone chips and a brush for scratches. Clean the spot, shake, fill the chip with small dots or trace the scratch once, let it dry, add a second thin coat, then polish to blend.
When is a touch-up pen the right fix?
For stone chips on the bonnet, bumper and door edges, key scratches down to the primer, small scuffs on mirrors, bumpers and wheel arches, and for sealing bare metal before rust starts. It is not the right fix for whole panels or scrapes larger than your palm, for dents, for rust that has gone under the paint, or for matte, chrome and wrapped surfaces.

Can I return a pen?
EU and EEA customers can return an unused pen within 14 days. Outside the EU orders are final sale, but a faulty, damaged or wrong item is replaced or refunded free of charge anywhere.
