848 Rosso Etrusco for Piaggio
Piaggio calls this pearl red Rosso Etrusco. On the paint label it appears as code 848, in use since 1996.
Piaggio used the same paint on the Vespa (from 1997).
Pearl paint gets its depth from layers: two or three thin coats with drying time in between look better than one heavy coat. Light and bright shades cover primer slowly, so a deep chip needs two or three thin coats.
