Opel calls this metallic pearl black Carbon Flash. On the paint label it appears as code GAR, used from 2011 to 2015.

This finish combines metallic flake and pearl. Work in thin coats, stroke scratches in one direction with the brush and let each coat dry before the next. Dark shades show every ridge: build the chip up until it is level, then polish once the paint has cured.
