Tyndrum is the metallic pearl yellow that Land Rover lists under paint code GCX, in use since 2025.
Precious Gold and 1MW, 2604 and VY2NB refer to this same Land Rover paint.
This finish combines metallic flake and pearl. Work in thin coats, stroke scratches in one direction with the brush and let each coat dry before the next. Light and bright shades cover primer slowly, so a deep chip needs two or three thin coats.
