About this colour
Rouge Passion, paint code 21D
Dacia Maindra: paint code 21D Rouge Passion
Dacia calls this solid red Rouge Passion. On the paint label it appears as code 21D, used in 2008.
On labels and in workshop systems you may also find it as Red and Rosu Passion or as OV21D, 20010 and 21C. Dacia used the same paint on the Duster (2010–2012), Sandero (2009–2012) and Logan (2007–2012).
Where to find the code on a Dacia: vehicle identification plate (usually on the door pillar); the last item “Paint reference” is your code; on some models the plate is in the engine bay. Step-by-step guide
With a solid colour the edge disappears quickly. Fill chips with the needle, draw scratches with the brush and let each thin coat dry. Light and bright shades cover primer slowly, so a deep chip needs two or three thin coats.
We mix 21D Rouge Passion to order and ship it within 24 hours with free tracked delivery. Choose Basic for the pen with needle and brush, Standard for pen and polish paste, or Complete for pen, polish paste, microfibre cloth and glove.

If your car's paint is older or faded, the result can vary slightly with age, sun exposure and surface condition.
What kind of damage is this best for?
It is best for small chips, scratches and scuffs.
Deeper damage down to bare metal or plastic may need extra preparation, such as primer or filler, for the cleanest result.
How do I use it, and do I need clear coat?
For most small repairs, apply the paint in thin coats and let each coat dry properly.
Clear coat is usually not needed for small chips and scratches when the paint is applied carefully.
For the best result, do not wash the repaired area for 24–48 hours.
