About this colour

Noir Perla Nera, paint code KTV

KTV Noir Perla Nera for the Citroen Dispatch

Paint code KTV on a Citroen stands for Noir Perla Nera, a metallic pearl black, in use since 2019.

The same paint also appears as Perla Nera and Preto Perla Nera and under the codes 9V, X38 and M09V. Citroen used the same paint on the DS8 (from 2025) and C4X (from 2024).

This finish combines metallic flake and pearl. Work in thin coats, stroke scratches in one direction with the brush and let each coat dry before the next. Dark shades show every ridge: build the chip up until it is level, then polish once the paint has cured.

Where to find the code on a Citroen: tyre/paint label fixed at the driver-side door; the paint colour code is on it. Step-by-step guide

We mix KTV Noir Perla Nera to order and ship it within 24 hours with free tracked delivery. Choose Basic for the pen with needle and brush, Standard for pen and polish paste, or Complete for pen, polish paste, microfibre cloth and glove.

Is this an exact colour match?

Yes. It is mixed to your official colour code, and every order is mixed by hand to order.

If your car's paint is older or faded, the result can vary slightly with age, sun exposure and surface condition.

What kind of damage is this best for?

It is best for small chips, scratches and scuffs.

Deeper damage down to bare metal or plastic may need extra preparation, such as primer or filler, for the cleanest result.

How do I use it, and do I need clear coat?

For most small repairs, apply the paint in thin coats and let each coat dry properly.

Clear coat is usually not needed for small chips and scratches when the paint is applied carefully.

For the best result, do not wash the repaired area for 24–48 hours.
