Paint code WX10 on a BMW stands for Tanzanite Blue, a pearl blue, used from 2018 to 2020.
It is also known as Enigmatic Blue and Tansanitblau. BMW used the same paint on the X2 (2023–2024) and X3 (from 2020).
Pearl paint gets its depth from layers: two or three thin coats with drying time in between look better than one heavy coat. Dark shades show every ridge: build the chip up until it is level, then polish once the paint has cured.
