We ship worldwide using Lithuania Post tracked services (LP Tracked). Every order is dispatched with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping — European Union / EEA and other low-cost destinations.
- Paid shipping — shown automatically at checkout for other destinations, based on the delivery country.

Please note: these are estimates. In rare cases delivery can take longer due to customs procedures or local postal delays. Please allow the full window before contacting us about a delayed parcel.
Customs & import duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided when your order is dispatched. Tracking is available end-to-end via Lithuania Post and the destination carrier.
Returns & refunds (summary)
- EU / EEA customers: you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
- Outside the EU / EEA: due to the low value and the cost of international tracked shipping, international orders are final sale (no returns).
- Lost parcels: if a tracked parcel does not arrive, we issue a refund once the maximum estimated delivery window has passed and tracking confirms non-delivery.
