RETURN & REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT
FixyPaint paint is CUSTOM MIXED based on the COLOR CODE YOU SELECT on our website.
Because of this, CUSTOM-MIXED PAINT IS NOT ELIGIBLE for “change of mind” returns.

1) CONTACT
If you have any issue (damage, wrong item, defect, delivery problems), contact us first:

NO RETURNS are accepted without prior written approval.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided ONLY AFTER we approve the return request.
Unauthorised returns may be refused.

2) WHAT WE SELL
FixyPaint products are made-to-order and CUSTOM MIXED to the paint code selected on our website.
Some orders may include NON-CUSTOM items (for example, accessories/tools if listed as such).

3) EU/EEA CONSUMERS – 14-DAY WITHDRAWAL (NON-CUSTOM ITEMS ONLY)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and you purchased NON-CUSTOM items, you may have a legal right
to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
To use this right, email us within 14 days and include:
- Order number
- Which NON-CUSTOM item(s) you want to return
- Your full name and delivery address
- A clear statement that you want to withdraw from the purchase
After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
Return shipping:
If the return is not due to our mistake or a confirmed defect, the BUYER PAYS return shipping.
Condition:
Returned non-custom items must be UNUSED, UNOPENED, and COMPLETE (all parts included),
and packaged securely.

4) NO “CHANGE OF MIND” RETURNS FOR CUSTOM-MIXED PAINT
Because FixyPaint paint is custom mixed based on the code selected on our website, it is considered
made to the customer’s specifications.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for custom-mixed paint due to:
- changing your mind
- ordering by mistake
- selecting the wrong code
- expectations about shade without confirming the correct code
- appearance differences caused by application / primer / base / clear coat / lighting / paint fade
This does NOT affect your rights if the product is defective or if we shipped the wrong item.

5) COLOR CODE SELECTION & RESPONSIBILITY
The paint code is selected by the buyer on our website.
The buyer is responsible for selecting the correct manufacturer paint code for their vehicle
(from the vehicle label/plate or official documentation).
If an incorrect code is selected, we cannot offer returns/refunds for custom-mixed paint.
If you are unsure, contact us BEFORE ordering.

6) WHEN WE COVER THE COSTS (OUR MISTAKE)
We cover costs and will make it right if:
- we shipped the WRONG paint/code/item while you selected the correct code, or
- there is a confirmed issue caused from our side.
In these cases, we will provide the appropriate resolution after review
(for example: sending the correct item, or refunding where appropriate).

7) DAMAGE / LEAKAGE / MISSING ITEMS – REPORT WITHIN 72 HOURS
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Email support@fixypaint.com and include:
- Order number
- Photos of the outer packaging (all sides)
- Photo of the shipping label
- Photos/video of the damage/leak and the items inside
Without timely photo evidence, we may be unable to support a carrier claim
and may not be able to offer a resolution.

8) COLOR APPEARANCE & APPLICATION NOTE
Color appearance can vary depending on surface preparation, primer/base, clear coat, number of coats,
drying time, lighting, and original paint age/fading/oxidation.
We recommend testing on a small, less visible area first.
If you believe the color is off, contact us and include daylight photos and your selected code.

9) “DELIVERED” BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows DELIVERED but you did not receive the parcel:
1) contact your local post/carrier and request delivery details (GPS/photo/signature if available)
2) check with household members/neighbours and around the delivery location
3) then email us with your findings and order number
We ship to the address provided in the order.
We are not responsible for parcels marked delivered by the carrier to that address.

10) ADDRESS MISTAKES / UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
The buyer is responsible for entering the correct address at checkout.
If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we can usually:
- re-ship to the corrected address after the parcel returns (buyer pays the new shipping cost), or
- handle the situation case-by-case depending on the reason for return.

11) NOT REFUNDABLE / NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN
We do not accept returns/refunds for:
- custom-mixed paint (change of mind / ordering mistake / wrong code selected / expectations)
- color mismatch due to application / primer/base / clear coat / lighting / paint fade
- used/opened bottles
- partial kits / missing items
- normal wear / subjective expectations
- address mistakes by buyer (until/if the item returns to us)
- delivery delays outside our control

12) REFUND METHOD & TIMING
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We process refunds after we receive and inspect the returned item
(or after receiving valid proof of return where legally required).

13) BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (B2B)
Business purchases may not have the same consumer withdrawal rights.
B2B return/refund requests are handled case-by-case.
